Technical Documents, Drawings, and Installation References

Documents reduce installation risk

Product photos show appearance. Drawings and technical documents show whether the actuator can actually fit your mechanism.

Check these dimensions first

  • Retracted and extended hole-to-hole length
  • Stroke and available clearance
  • Mounting bracket hole diameter and direction
  • Space for the motor body and moving rod
  • Cable exit and controller location

Confirm the electrical details

Use the datasheet to verify voltage, current, speed under load, limit-switch behavior, wiring polarity, and duty cycle. Do not select a power supply from voltage alone.

Use the drawing during the design review

Mark the two mounting points on your own layout and check the full retracted-to-extended path. Confirm that the actuator can pivot freely and does not become a structural stop before its intended endpoint.

What to request from HyHaven

If you need a datasheet, dimensional drawing, or installation reference, provide the model, stroke, voltage, application, and any space limits. The more complete the project information, the more useful the technical response can be.

Documents should answer four questions

  1. Will the actuator fit when retracted?
  2. Will the stroke reach the required position?
  3. Can the power and control system support it?
  4. Will the mounting geometry avoid binding and side load?

Before ordering, match the current datasheet, dimension drawing, and installation guide to the exact actuator model and configuration you plan to use.
