How Your Order Ships

Orders are prepared by our team in Wenzhou, China within 1-2 business days of payment. We ship by air to the United States and to many European countries, including Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under $59: flat $10 shipping fee
• Orders of $59 and above: free shipping

The shipping cost for your order, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no shipping charges added after checkout by us.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you tracking information so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates based on normal air freight and local delivery conditions, and can vary during peak periods or due to customs processing in the destination country. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, contact us at support@hyhavenstore.com and we will check the shipment with the carrier for you.

Depending on your country and order value, import taxes or customs duties may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need documentation from us for customs, contact us and we will provide it.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product before installing anything, and contact us at support@hyhavenstore.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos help us resolve the problem with the carrier quickly.
