Return & Refund Policy

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging as far as possible. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to return: Contact us first at support@hyhavenstore.com before returning anything. After approval, return the item by mail to: No.13 Dayuan Road, Zeya Town, Ouhai District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Return shipping cost: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for direct international return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the direct return shipping cost, arranged after approval.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and, after approval, place a new order.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days, and a refund under that right will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products are not covered by voluntary returns, and gift cards are non-refundable except as required by law.
