Speed and force
The standard build uses the 5 mm/s gear; the other gears in this table are available on custom orders — contact us before ordering.
| No-load speed | Loaded speed | Max push | Max pull | Max self-lock |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mm/s | 3.5 mm/s | 4,000 N | 3,800 N | 4,000 N |
| 10 mm/s | 7 mm/s | 2,000 N | 1,800 N | 2,000 N |
| 15 mm/s | 10 mm/s | 1,500 N | 1,200 N | 1,500 N |
| 26 mm/s | 20 mm/s | 800 N | 600 N | 800 N |
Installation sizing
For strokes below 300 mm, the listed installation length is stroke + 110 mm. For strokes of 300 mm or longer, use stroke + 120 mm; a 300 mm stroke therefore measures 420 mm by this rule. Confirm mounting clearances and the final drawing before ordering a custom stroke. It uses Ø8.1 mm mounting holes at both ends.
Factory literature lists a 10%–20% duty cycle, an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, and an estimated service life of 20,000–30,000 cycles. Confirm the exact selected configuration before purchase.
