6000N of push, at a price that leaves room in your project budget.

The HH-LA-U3 is our heavy-duty workhorse for RV platform lifts, bed lifts, hatches and equipment that a light-duty actuator simply cannot move — 6000N (1349 lbs) of force, stroke options from 2 inches to 18 inches, and a built-in limit switch that stops travel automatically at both ends.

  • 6000N / 1349 lbs max push force, 4000N pull — force in both directions
  • Stroke options: 2" to 18" — pick the travel your mechanism actually needs
  • 12V or 24V DC — matches vehicle, RV, boat and workshop power systems
  • 5 mm/s no-load speed, 3.5 mm/s under load — rated honestly, so you can plan travel time
  • IP54 protection and a built-in limit switch for automatic stops at both ends
  • $80.00 (list price $109.99) — and free shipping on orders of $59 and above, which this actuator already qualifies for

Download the datasheet, dimension drawing and installation guide from this page before you order, and check the retracted length and mounting points against your space. Two minutes with the drawing is the cheapest insurance in any linear motion project.

Note on sizing: a hinged load can demand more force than its weight suggests. If your calculated load is close to 6000N, or your actuator will mount close to a hinge, talk to us before ordering — we would rather size it with you than ship you the wrong unit.

By the Numbers — Straight From the Datasheet

No marketing math. These are the HH-LA-U3's rated figures from its technical datasheet (download the full PDF on this page):

  • Pushes 6000N and pulls 4000N — and holds up to 8000N when stopped, with no power connected. Your lift stays where you left it.
  • Under load it still moves at 3.5 mm/s: a full 300 mm stroke takes about 86 seconds.
  • Current draw is published, not hidden: 8.5A max at 12V under load, 3.8A at 24V — size your power supply and fuse with real numbers.
  • Rated for 10%–20% duty cycle and −20°C to 60°C, so you know exactly how hard and how hot you can run it.

If you run a load test on your own project, we are happy to feature it — contact us after your install.

Complete the Setup — Add These

An actuator moves, but it does not control itself. Add what your project needs in the same order and save a second delivery:

  • Wireless Remote Control Kit — $25.99. Operate your lift from across the room or across the deck. The easiest way to control the U3 for RV lifts, hatches and platforms.
  • Wired Controller Kit — $26.99. Fixed, simple, reliable wired control for workshop and equipment installs where a remote is not needed.
  • U-Shaped Clevis Mounting Brackets — $14.99. Made for the 6000N model. The right bracket at each mounting point is what turns rated force into a lift that stays aligned.

Not sure which controller fits your wiring? Ask us on WhatsApp (+86 139 5881 4345) before you check out — tell us how you want to operate the lift and we will confirm the kit.

Small FAQ — HH-LA-U3

Q: Will 6000N be enough for my lift?

A: It depends on the load and the geometry, not just the weight. A platform lifted near its hinge needs far more force than the same platform lifted near its edge. Send us the load weight and a sketch or photo of the mounting points, and we will check the sizing with you for free.

Q: Which stroke should I pick?

A: Measure the travel your mechanism needs at the actuator's mounting point, then choose the stroke that covers it — options run from 2" to 18". Check the dimension drawing for retracted and extended lengths before ordering.

Q: Does it stop by itself?

A: Yes. The built-in limit switch stops the rod at both ends of travel. You still need a controller or switch to start, stop and reverse movement in normal use.

Q: How fast will my lift actually move?

A: Plan with the load speed: 3.5 mm/s. A 12-inch (approx. 300mm) stroke will take roughly a minute and a half under load.

Q: What if it is not right for my project?

A: Unused actuators in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email support@hyhavenstore.com first for return instructions. Better still, message us before ordering and let us size it with you.
